1. From the A1, take the exit signposted Gateshead and Newcastle City centre.
2. The road passes over the A1 and turns into a dual carriageway. Keep in the left hand lane and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit, towards Gateshead
3. Continue on this dual carriageway until you arrive at a mini roundabout.
4. Go straight over this mini roundabout, through a set of traffic lights and continue until you arrive at a second set of lights at a T junction.
5. Turn left here, onto the A167, but get in the middle lane which takes you across the Tyne Bridge.
6. Take the first slip road after the bridge and at the roundabout turn left onto Mosley Street.
7. Turn left at the traffic lights, onto Dean Street and Milburn House is towards the bottom, on the right hand side of the street.
8. There is a multi-storey car park on the left hand side of the road and Milburn House is at the bottom of the street on the right.

From Dean Street entrance take the staircase on the right up to the first floor and follow the corridor to the left.
