Children
When
making an order in relation to children, the Court must pay attention
to the following:
- The
ascertainable wishes and feelings of the child.
- The
child's physical, emotional and educational needs.
- The
likely effect on the child of any change in circumstances.
- The
child's age, sex, background etc.
- Any
harm the child has suffered/may suffer.
- The
capability of the parents (and other relevant people) to care
for the child.
