Giles Egner - Senior Partner

Giles qualified in 1968 and is the firm's senior partner.

Giles has practised in a variety of areas in the law since qualifying but he currently practises in:

Mark Egner - Partner

Mark qualified in 2001 and became a partner in 2003.

Mark acts for clients based locally and nationally in several practice areas but mainly property, litigation, business affairs, claimant personal injury and Wills and Probate.

Since joining the firm in 1999 Mark's caseload has consisted of:

  • Estate administration, Powers of Attorney, Wills and contested Will cases
  • Divorce, ancillary relief and child proceedings relating to contact
  • Commercial disputes

  • Advising companies on contentious and non-contentious issues
